The QRMS offers to modeler members a meeting place to exchange ideas and information, partners with numerous know-how's in history, modeling, electronics and railroad company operation.
Located at 3350, chemin de la Gare à Ste-Foy, our 294 m2 building comprises two mains rooms for the N and HO layouts, a meeting room, a wood-working and painting shop as well as a railroad equipment maintenance shop and not forgetting our 1 ½ inch to the foot gauge exterior layout.


Our specialized library contains many magazines and books dealing with both model and real life railroads.

QRMS (Quebec Railroad Modelling Society) received its letters patent on March 25 1971, thus becoming a corporation.

Quebec region Roland Fiset, Jules and Denis Fortier, the first three administrators, had the following goal:

«Establish, maintain and direct a non-profit social club having railroad modelling as a primary purpose under the name "Quebec Railroad Model Society". ».
